Got to eat nandos after a long break. Chicken was ?? garlic bread fries and wedges all were good.
Only suggestion i have is to maybe increase the sauce given on the side with each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor on all counts. I gave this several tries before writing a review in hopes the bad experiences would be ‘one-offs’. Bought dinner today for myself a friend and my daughter. They got order wrong despite me asking to change when I noticed mistakes on the bill. Garlic bread was rubbery. Fries looked and tasted old as if they stuffed other peoples old fries in 2 boxes. It was really bad. It was supposed to be plain but looked like a mix of burnt, peri, dry ends. Salad was half brown/dirty leaves. Chicken was ok. I should have taken photos before dissecting it all looking for hope as I was hungry but in the end we just couldn’t eat it and I grabbed it all to throw. Definitely gone downhill over the years. Staff weren’t the friendliest either.

We ordered Full pack platter. As soon as we flipped the chicken, it was all burnt as shown in the picture. I addressed this with the server and she was way too rude. She said we make wings also and I can check if I can get fresh wings for you as it’s just the wings that are burnt. There was no apology at all. I told her I don’t want the wings but just wanted to bring this to your attention. I am never coming back to this location, where servers think we are here for free food. Worst experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit pricey but always a nice experience to order from here. Specially when you want to keep track of calories. My usual order is any quarter chicken with casa salad, and sometimes rice when calorie limit allows it. Always packaged and delivered well and hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nandos Peri Peri Chicken is absolutely delicious along with its specialty sauce (Medium/Hot/Garlic).
I personally prefer the Hot or Medium as I think the Garlic takes away the taste of the Peri peri flavor. I recommend wedges as your side as they are always served fresh and super hot. They recently installed a self serve fountain machine which is a nice addition. Tip is not required as you pay before they serve (However please tip if you can). Atmosphere is great with good music.
Now for the downsides.
The wedges used to be served with chipotle sauce. I don't think they include that anymore.
The garlic bread is a bit oily and drenched with butter. The other sides are not that intriguing. We ordered the rice before and it tasted terrible. In addition, they have bumped up the price and therefore, the food portion is not worth the price.
