★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my friends and they suggested I try the Chicken Strips with Rice and it was the best thing I’ve ever had. I suggested this place to my family and they loved the food as well. The staff is very friendly and have excellent service. I 100% recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel completely bad but I can only review service and their bread sticks. It’s been a horrible day for me as I just found out I have a major health condition. My husband wanted to take me out to make me feel a little better and he wanted to try out this new location. It’s actually really nice inside. The woman that was working tonight April 19 2022. You made me smile on probably one of the worse days of my life. I was so sore sick and just exhausted by the time I saw you. My husband told you what had happened today and you came over with the biggest smile and said really nice and sweet words I just didn’t want to cry in front of you. You are a sweet woman and very kind. I hope one day to come back and see you again after my treatments are over and I feel better. Thank you for the kind words they didn’t go unheard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were surprised that menu items were not available at 6:30 pm when we ordered. For example fries. We were told that they were "stuck in the freezer and thus unavailable"? I'm not sure what that means. The rice was also out (not available), so my daughter ended up with two warmed up bread sticks instead. Then we were charged for drinks we didn't order. The server paid that back in nickles, dimes, quarters. My chicken was also suppose to be mild, but it came very spicy. There were no apologies for any of this. It felt like our orders were an inconvenience or bother to the server.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Galitos chicken in out of this world. The food quantity for the price as well was incredible. The staff are still getting used to re-opening post covid but the owner is pure gold and working directly with staff and customers to build an excellent top rate restaurant in KW region. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the whole chicken. I got a container with 3 wings and 3 drumsticks and some other parts of the chicken. So I’m really not sure how they sell their “whole chickens” here. I asked for it to be cut in 2 and yet got about 8 pieces of probably whatever they had. They ask you if you want it “basted” with a certain sauce. All I got was small containers labeled with the sauces I ordered. So really the chicken is not basted and you have to slab the sauce on there and do it yourself. Overall, very sloppy and the taste was mediocre at best. I will not order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent chicken, rice and veggies. Dine in is a decent area as far as fast food goes. Good compliance with covid rules. Made veggies fresh to order, took 10 minutes to get freshly cooked chicken and veggies, tastes quality and I think not from frozen. Better than Nando's.
