I have always had a positive experience dealing with Siam, she goes over the medication instructions clearly, answers any questions patiently and the prices are way cheaper than other pharmacies. Siam goes out of her way to help her customers. Great job Siam!!! Its is a pleasure going to your store and seeing you there!!

-Excellent customer service: prescriptions are filled in a timely manner, questions are welcomed, discounts offered!
-Every staff member is polite and attentive. Rest assured that they are there to help you!
-Seham, the pharmacist, is a highly skilled professional. Just visit the pharmacy; you can tell that she truly cares for each patient. She spends a generous amount of time counselling and ensuring that the patient fully understands his/her medication plan and how it will help. I would say that she embodies what it means to be a healthcare professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terry Fox Pharmacy is a great neighbor pharmacy! The staff there provide excellent patient care! The pharmacist there named Seham Ibrahim genuinely cares about her patients and provides very detailed explanations about the medication that is prescribed. They prepare prescriptions in a timely manner while offering relatively low prices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pharmacist, terrible support staff. These mixed up my prescription and almost had me out the door, which I refused, in order to get my proper prescription. They double billed my benefits and filled a prescription I need to pick up from another pharmacy. They made it right but with much effort and multiple reminders. I can’t believe that their intention was to create such inconvenience but the fact is moving forward I would stick to a large pharmacy like Shoppers Drug Mart or Walmart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for walk in and none of the staff are wearing masks or they will pull their mask down and talk. It felt so uncomfortable to be there. The Doctor does not wear a glove when testing patients. It was very unsafe while going in do not recommend do to COVID. There are no protective measures. Never going again.
