I bought my mattress in the fall of 2020. The owner was friendly and helpful, and I got a great mattress for a great price. I had a really good experience with the delivery as well.
The warranty is comparable to any of the big brand names, and the factory is right here in the city so if something goes wrong they can repair it if it doesn't need replacing.
I absolutely loved my new mattress from day one, but recently noticed a spot where it seemed the spring had come loose on one edge. I called Heart Mattress and explained the problem, but I was worried about how I would get my king-sized mattress to the factory for repairs.
Without hesitation, the owner (Randy) said they would pick up my mattress, and try to fix it and have it back to me the same day so that I wouldn't be without my bed. 2 days later, they picked it up in the morning, and had it back to me by 5pm. It was as good as new, maybe even better. I couldn't believe it.
Heart Mattress truly stands behind their product. Exceptional service, a high quality product, and you can support a local business. What more can you ask for?
