★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called into the Prince George office today in order to get some information and was surprised by how rude and rushed the lady on the phone was. My time and questions were clearly the last thing she wanted to answer or deal with, and guess what... I wouldn't go there if it was the only place to go to in Prince George. Sadly Customer service seems to be disappearing everywhere and clearly Canadian Hearing Care is loosing the customer service too. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Canadian Hearing Care visit was excellent. All the tests confirmed that my hearing was very good. Even though I knew my hearing was good, it was such a relief to have it confirmed. I would recommend every one go take the hearing tests.

She was able to answer our questions regarding early hearing loss and appropriate hearing aides to consider for the future. We never felt pressured to make a decision but we left the clinic feeling well informed. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
