★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery which the driver LEFT ON THE GROUND outside my door. When I called the store to complain he said this is due to Covid. When I asked if all pizza huts leave the pizzas on the ground he said “no only we do this”. I would not recommend eating here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know what has changed in the last year. Whether it’s a change of management or an eye opening experience for staff to the popular demand of the people; Pizza Hut in PG is different from what it once was, and you need to give them another shot. The pizza toppings were plentiful, the odd taste from the dough is absolutely gone and pizza itself was larger and delicious! I will be giving them another go from here on out. All of theprevious issues I’ve noticed have been addressed. Excellent pizza!

Apparently I'm not the only one to have this issue either.
Definitely will NOT go back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilarious place! Good for pizza after a party because they are open until 1am. But don't expect service. We had to go in the kitchen to tell the people that we are waiting to be seated. Other people coming after us faced the same problem. Pizza was okay because we where hungry. The candy bowl beside the till was full with empty papers. I think more frustrated customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through the website at 7:00 pm on a weekday for delivery. Order was cancelled twice online and when I phoned the store was hung up on twice with no explanation. Usually pizza hut is great but maybe not here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service ? I called to let them know that though our pizza was ready we were delayed and couldn't pick it up for 2 hours. Jazz graciously canceled the order and made it fresh 2 hours later no additional charge! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy, ordered from them twice because I wanted to give them a second chance. Both times I ordered the supreme. They skimped on the toppings, barely any green peppers, what toppings they did have were not distributed evenly over the pizza so some slices didn't have a bit of all the toppings. They were fast but I would rather wait a bit longer and have them put some love into making their pizza, fast is not always better. Very disappointed because other pizza huts have been fantastic. You have to do a better job!
