Their second and newest office is bright and cheerful and Brittani and her staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I was particularly pleased that they were able to help me choose an appropriate hearing aide but also connect it with my Apple Watch and then provide regular follow up. Expanding their services to include children is also a real plus in addition to services to all other age groups as well.

The hearing booth was not sound proof and I was distracted by the Audiologist and her student talking. They used a large headset instead of earbuds that block out other outside noise. I let them know I could hear them while I was supposed to be listening to sounds. When the test was over I was told that I had mild hearing loss. I paid $40.00 for the test. I asked for the report and the Audiologist said that they didn’t do that. She said she could email me the graph but this was never done. I left the office very upset and drove to Sidney to book a second appointment with Connect Hearing. The difference was unbelievable! Annie was so welcoming and professional. She put me in a soundproof room and placed earbuds attached to wires into my ears. She did a very thorough test, more extensive than Hear Inc and then took me to her office where she reviewed my results. It turned out that I did not have hearing loss and she printed me a copy of the results. Don’t waste your money or time with Hear Inc. Connect Hearing is free and the service is exceptional!
