★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently received a new set of hearing aids from Resonance Hearing in Lake Cowichan. I was extremely impressed with the pleasant and attentive attitude of the staff and the audiologist. Dr Miranda listened very carefully to my concerns with my previous hearing aids and why I seldom wore them such as wind noise and discomfort, and was quickly able to assure me that he would be able to address those concerns and provide me with a greater hearing experience. The new hearing aids he provided are a significant improvement over my previous pair with practically no wind noise at all. In fact I am able to where them while riding my motorcycle, despite the fact that my helmet doesn’t cover my ears, with no wind noise at all. The technology that allows the hearing aids to sync with both my phone and TV provide me, and my wife, with a far great level of comfort. I would like to thank Dr Miranda and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a better and more comfortable audio experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Dr Miranda for a few years to monitor my hearing. It has been, and continues to be, a wonderful experience as I need to go for follow-up appointments. He is attentive and really listens, taking into account the hearing test results, client's health, lifestyle, and description of the problem, which leads to a more holistic approach in dealing with hearing loss. For me, this led to being fitted with hearing aids. He had me try a few sets to make sure I had the best fit. It has made a big difference and I am extremely pleased. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic - it's definitely worth the drive from Victoria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Maranda really cares for his customers. He is not happy until you are happy. My husband has had problems with tinnitus. No real hearing loss. Dr. Maranda suggested a trial period with hearing aids to see if it would work. It really made a difference to my husbands wellbeing. There was no pressure to get hearing aids. A trial period to access the viability. Lots of time for assessing. No rush. I would recommend Resonance Hearing to anyone who wants great customer service. Most of all dealing with someone who cares that you are getting the best results.

They have a lot of product knowledge and really go way above and beyond to make sure that your investment is right for you, and that it's tuned to your needs and preferences. I cannot recommend these wonderful and friendly people enough!
