I've been going to this dealer for around 5 years and honestly, I only have good things to say. The mechanics on site are very kind and honest. I have never seen them attempt to cheat or use other tactics to get more money from repairs. Prices are fair and they will use parts that you get yourself 3rd party. 5|5⭐for me

Dealer wanted more than sticker price on the vehicle. I had to negotiate back to original price listed. Not a good way to conduct business.

This place is a serious joke! I showed interest in a vehicle I liked and kept getting emails about an offer with the price listed. I reached out to see if I could get the BEST possible offer. I was in touch with a sales rep Julien (who doesn't seem to exist on their website), we were emailing each other back and forth and he insisted that I come in to see and test drive the car then talk price (3 hour drive for me round trip) I emailed made him my budget and offer, which was a reasonable offer and I told him I have been driving long distances only to be disappointed and I will only make the 3 hour drive if we can be transparent and on the same page. I noticed after that email Julien instead of replying to my email as he was doing kept sending me a new email (as if not to acknowledge what I had said), which I discovered later a few people experienced a similar situation when emailing dealers. It did strike me as odd and the next email I specifically told Julien to "please reply to this email" but he sent me new emails after every reply (red flag). In the new emails Julien mentioned they will hold an offer until the next day (sales 101..). The next day he emailed me saying we have an "AMAZING OFFER"! and please come in....and I fell for it (in hindsight) but I didn't want to live with the guilt that I may have missed out on an AMAZING OFFER! But Julien promised that it would totally be worth my time and they understand I am driving a distance to see the car (sales 101...) I went to the dealership and test drove the car and was greeted by another person named Nick because Julien was not available. After the test drive we stepped in and he took my info (clueless with conversation with Julien, which was surprising he had no idea who I was). Nick quickly did the numbers and gives me the price which I had been looking at in my email for a week. I told him I was in the process of making a deal with Julien and he said sorry that was not even an option. I asked about the "AMAZING OFFER" and Nick said "oh yeah we give a $100 gas card.... I looked at him in disbelief and said this is why I did NOT want to drive 3 hours and I was clear about that to Julien who promised me the absolute best deal (AMAZING OFFER) and that it would be worth the drive. Needless to say I walked out of there, I also emailed Julien, did not hear back. Even if they offer me the vehicle with my original offer I wont buy it. These guys are jokes, not professional or honest.

Worst place ever to get a diagnostic . spend almost 2000$ and they didnt gave us the good diagnostic. Went somewhere else to get it checked and SURPRISE its the thermostatic switch that was the problem all this for less than they STOLE from me. Easy to deal with and great follow up while the truck was on order. My first experience with FORD so we will see what lies in the future. So far excellent dealership!

My husband and I were looking for a specific make and model and when we phoned Hawkesbury Ford and were connected with Nicolas Rousseau, he helped us every step of the way. He was always quick at answering our questions and always took the time to best serve us. We were able to finalize our purchase with him over the phone and email. We met Nicolas when we picked up our vehicle and we were very happy to meet him in person.
