★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storage units are new. No security and all gravel lot. Never got any water in my unit, found evidence of a mouse. Dusty and rather expensive. They do come and clear snow regularly and any problems were addressed quickly. If you are late at all with rent you can expect an extra lock on your door promptly.
