J	Jeevan Arumugam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and unhelpful. Went in to get a straight razor sharpened. Met with immediate rudeness. Due to one bad review (2 now), 4 years ago (17 weeks to get a razor done is a long time tbh), they do not service straight razors. Wouldn't even look at it, and she says "I won't even ask him about it". OK, no problem. Asked if they knew anywhere else that would service it and I quote this response "I don't know, ship it to Toronto or something". Really? Will not take ANY items there to get sharpened in the future and highly recommend to find another place, like Toronto or something.

B	Brian Machan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ahead about having 4 table saw blades sharpened and was told they could put a rush on them within 1 to 2 days. I drove 40 minutes to their location. As soon I walked in I was treated very rudely, I was told it would be a full week before they ready. When I mentioned the telephone conversation the ignorance escalated until I walked out. The grandmother and granddaughter both came out after me yelling. I highly recommend you don't use their services
