Nic was amazing he helped me in my purchases of my new(used) 2019 Ford Fiesta, Shane was also really good. At first we could not make a deal, but as i thought of the gas prices rising higher and higher I figured the savings in the long run would be worth, so I went back and made a counter offer and got it approved.
Very very happy with their service and very little pressure.
Thank you Harris Team for making me happy ?

He went above and beyond and we couldn’t thank him enough for the excellent customer service we received from him! Thanks for all of your hard work Will! I would love to give this higher stars as he’s a good guy to deal with but anyone in finance will lie to your face so I would trust them at all.

It’s so refreshing to know that even in such a fast pace environment with consistent daily changes there is still top quality customer service.
Ryan really set the standard in tailoring the experience to our every need. After over a month of collaboration and multiple test drives we left with more than a smile.
With assistance from Saad, Brooke and Nicole the total process was seamless.
We appreciate everything and look forward to visiting the new showroom asap!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Harris is AMAZING. I purchased at new Hybrid van from Saad and Vincent and they were extremely helpful- what a great duo. We still talk and it has nothing to do with car. Then I got to meet Jimmy- extremely professional and 100% there to support my family and I through the purchase and after. Jimmy introduced me to the service team who have gone WAY beyond with my old vehicle. I know most of their names. Cory- total stud- hard worker, reliable and timely. Tristan, Barret and Maddy were all there as well. It was a real treat to get to work with this team and I cannot forget about Brooke. She helped make the experience effortless on my end. If I could give them a 6 out of 5 I would. I am looking forward to seeing them at the new location when we get that Hybrid Jeep to take the doors off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience with Matt at the Harris Victoria Chrysler Dodge showroom. He was very experienced and helpful in explaining each and every bit of the car features.
Also the sales team and finance managers were great. They were quick and turnaround time was very short to get everything done. They also gave a good value for the trade in.
Would be taking the car home today, excited!!

I had purchased a couple vehicles from Harris Victoria over the years and even though I don’t live in Victoria anymore I decided to take a drive back to check them out. Will was amazing! He was very informative and answered all my questions. He really made me feel super valued without the feeling of being too pushy. GM Shane was equally amazing to deal with. He provided me the information I needed remotely which was enough for me to make a second trip to Victoria to purchase my new truck! Thank you Will, Shane and the whole Harris staff for one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
