L	Louis Favretto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here this past weekend, Oct 1, 2017 and want to state the truth. Room was NOT spacious, breakfast was not delicious. Everything was adequate...barely saw hosts except for payment in the a.m. which was too much for the premises.

They said they had a two night minimum, but took my reservation! There was only the one night AVAILABLE that we wanted to book. Even if we had wanted to stay two nights, the room was already booked for that extra night. The Trip Advisor reviews mention other things about the owners that I'm not allowed to state here, so read them for yourselves, please. I think I'd rather sleep in my car.
o	olga shatrova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with this place. I booked a room 2 weeks ago, got a confirmation, took a couple days off work, and packed my stuff. But my reservation was cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in. Booking.com said it was a double reservation! Why didn't the owner notice it before? It gave me the impression that the owner doesn't care about providing good service.
v	victoria paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!! I do not recommend this place at all. The owners are rude and greedy! We posted a review on Bookings.com and they took it down. We booked the "Double Deluxe" room which contains a double bed and a futon, only for the room capacity to be 2 people and no where did it mention that it was max 2 and there is a fee of 40$ per extra person. We are already paying extra for the futon included in the room plus another 40$. The owners slid an envelop under the door requesting the 40$ cash when they saw we were three. The next morning the owner was waiting at the bottom of the stairs for us to give her the money. We explained to her that we do not carry cash on us due to Covid-19 and insisted she wanted cash and told us to go to the ATM across the road. We asked her to credit our credit card and she didnt want to. When we checked out, we left the room key on the nightstand and later that day we received a call from the owner saying she was going to charge us for a key replacement since she could not find a the room key. Then she texted us saying that she found it a couple of hours later on the nightstand. Also, the owner never wanted to talk to us directly she always had Bookings call us and try to explain the situation. Horrible stay!
J	James Cano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon in mid august of this year. The cleaning and COVID protocols they had made us feel comfortable. The room was very well appointed, and the bed was perfect for us. As well, in our interactions with the operators, we found them to be lovely, pleasant, friendly, and generous. The pool in the backyard was also very lovely. Finally, even thought they were not able to serve breakfast, due to COVID, they did provide vouchers to some very nice restaurants in Picton itself(I recommend crepe escape personally). I will definitely be booking here again, next time we want a romantic weekend in the county.
