Our Space the Perfect Place B&B

Beautiful property with a local small-scale farm in the back where they bring in fresh eggs and other goodies for the delicious home cooked breakfast. Beautiful property with country style rooms that have views of sunlit fields on a quiet country road. 10 mins from Picton. Hosts were so helpful, accommodating and gracious. Such a hidden gem.

This is indeed a perfect bed & breakfast! The property is beautiful. The owner is an excellent host. He went above and beyond with his service. We went to have dinner and cannot book a cab back to his place and he offered to pick us up. Also, we did not know we have to book for parking at the Sandbanks park and he offered to drop us off. He also made us an amazing breakfast. The bed we had was very comfortable, we fell asleep as soon as we lay on the bed. The towels provided are also luxurious and fluffy. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. The dining room we had breakfast, felt like your going back in time. From the dining set-up and antique furnitures, it felt regal.

It was our stay on the wk end of April 1st, The place is impeccable very comfortable & the host Mohamed is amazing, he is very helpful and hospitable & very sociable & the breakfast was wonderfully presented & very tasty cannot find any faults with the place & we met very interesting people there will go back & stay. We had a great time at our our space B&B. The farm is a place to experience old fashion maple syrup bush, chickens and goats. Very close to both Sandbank and Picton. The host is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Whighrecommend this place.

It took me a lot of courage to write this, but the owner told us that « he was Iranian and that he could break our necks ». Reason : I placed my towel on a chair and I also entered the kitchen of the guy (the door was wide open, there are no limits anywhere) to throw my garbage since there were not any in the whole house. (His rule : « put your trash in your car »). Don’t ever go there. You won’t feel safe. This guy shouldn’t have the right to host people. Toxic

Avoid at all costs. I’m actually shocked that this guy is able to receive guests. I did not feel safe. He wanted to kick out my girlfriend and I because we threw a bag in his kitchens garbage (which was apparently off limits). He insulted us and is very impulsive. We would have left earlier and not stay the night but we drove all day, we were exhausted and did not have any other place to go. We left at 7am the next day, still shocked by our stay. Trust the reviews and don’t go there.

At the end of July we stayed at the B&B over the weekend and we just loved it! Not only the location and the property are charming, but the host/owner was very welcoming, fun to chat with, and prepared delightful breakfasts for us. If you are lucky enough to find a room here, you will have a very lovely experience!

The place is very lovely and the estate is very pretty and well located. This place would normally get a 4-5 star rating based on my standards but the gentleman working there does not seem to know anything about hospitality. I have asked him politely on the morning of the checkout what time does he usually do the checkouts and he told me they happen at 10 am. My girlfriend and I had a couple of hours to spare so I asked him if it would be okay if we stay in the estate for 2 more hours and he said and I quote :' you can stay as long as you want as long as you give us the room back to clean at 10 am' so we checked out and paid him for our stay and stepped outside as the weather was nice. A few minutes later I go on his front porch where he has "complementary coffee" to pour myself and my girlfriend two cups of coffee and while I am doing that he comes up to me aggressively telling me how us staying in his estate does not entail drinking coffee even if it is complementary and I responded by apologizing and telling him that if he would like we have no problem paying for the coffee. but no, he kept repeating how rude and not courteous I was for drinking his "complementary" coffee. We did not feel welcomed anymore and decided to go as we felt his hostility and aggressiveness. I guess what is said before and after you pay are two completely different things... Personally I don't think I would go back again given the fact that there are plenty of other lovely B&Bs in the area and I would not recommend it for anyone unless it was the only option available. I think 2 stars is a very fair rating on my end.
