★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's right, blame the client for your terrible cleaning skills! First of all, on hiring your company..you agreed that the cleaning girl would NOT change. Well 3 girls within one month? Like you care about how that effects me. (the client) They are paid for 2 hours, and are done in one hour? What a joke! I could do a better job "professionally" cleaning any place with my injury, better than what I received. Nice excuses Shannon! When you say 11 am to 1 pm....that does NOT mean show up at 10:15 am! Your company was fired as of Thursday February 28th. Terrible...just terrible! One of them took breaks, and smoked in my house. I'd never want to be under your "healthcare." YIKES!
