If you are planning to buy any products from this site then DO NOT BUY!!! Don’t make yourself fool. It’s been almost a month I have ordered from here but never heard back, tried to call them several times as well as sent emails but never got reply. Worst customer service ever! Update (06/15/20): Upper mentioned review was done by me before a month or two months ago but now I had to review again since I received products which I have ordered. Although it took 3 months, I am satisfied that it arrived and I want to say thanks to Medix EMS.

I made an order for $170 for masks two months ago (in April). Some were for some of the surgical masks where they can be found everywhere now. I still have not received anything from them. While they are very nice and responding to emails, the products are not shipped in a timely manner. They refuse to cancel my order. I assume I will receive them, when the vaccine will be available.

Update 07/30/2020 It has now been 4 months since I placed my order with Medix BC only to never receive my full order. Listen to me clearly anyone reading this review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Bottom line. Absolutely no return on customer services inquiries. They still owe me for a entire bottle of Accel Virox Wipes which they charged me over 30$ for. Bandits. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” It has now been over 6 weeks which I have been waiting for my items. Order placed April 8, 2020, at the time the order was placed policy was not extended to 6 weeks, however I accepted such a extension on the shipping time due to the circumstances. On May 15, 2020 I was sent a email titled β€œSubstitutions for your Medix BC order”. This email consisted of a customer service representative asking me if I would prefer their own brand of Medix BC antibacterial wipes due to the fact that the ones I purchased were still not in stock. To replace the Lysol ones, sure. To replace the Accel medical grade sanitizer wipes, I think not. They also informed me that only liquid hand sanitizer would be in stock as their Gel supply was quite low, on top of that the mask I had ordered had not been received by the company yet either. So not only do you extend your waiting period, the customer than gracefully accepts that waiting period, then when the deadline comes you notify the customers that absolutely none of the products they ordered are in stock and refuse to provide a refund? Listen, (and this is not me being rude as you have accused other customers of being). Regardless of your no refund policy, which might I add is utterly ridiculous but some suppliers take advantage of people’s hard earned money in time of need. If a product someone ordered, more so they entire order that someone has ordered is still completely out of stock when your 6 week shipping timeline comes to an end. You then usher out a refund to that customer. No refund during 4-6 week waiting period, understandable to a point, after it is completely absurd. It is now May 19, 2020 and I have received no confirmation if items have been received or shipped. If your family run business is that small unfortunately you should not take on such a order load in a time where everyone needs PPE and sanitization products in a swiftly fashion and on top of that offer no refund and no products. If you could please contact me regarding a possible refund it would be highly appreciated, if not I would be more than happily contact Consumer Protection BC or the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully you can understand that what you are doing is quite unethical business wise. I will repeat again, timeline of 4-6 weeks acceptable, no refund policy absurd but acceptable as longer as products are shipped at the end of your shipping timeline, at the end of 6 weeks..no products that were ordered available, no shipping date available, no refund available? This is NOT how you do business. I am certain you are not a scam, but I can clearly see how the majority of people can assume that you are one. Hopefully this can be resolved ethically. Update: I have received some products in my order which finally shipped out after posting my previous review. However I have tried to contact Medix BC about my outstanding order for the Accel Virox Wipes that has not been shipped after I have tried contacting them several times via email, with absolutely NO RESPONSE! A packaged had shipped from them which I thought was my Accel Virox Wipes but when it arrived it was a package of masks, masks I never ordered as I only ordered one package which I had received in my previous shipment. I would like my Accel Virox Wipes shipped to me immediately please or a refund issued for the amount. You cannot make a customer wait that long for a purchase after charging them. This is BAD BUSINESS.

DO NOT BUY anything from this company. Their motto, "Your safety, Our Priority" should be changed. If you are offering safety products like masks and sanitizers which I purchased with gouge pricing, which should have been reported... Don't sell it, because your delivery times are NOT REASONABLE. I placed my order on March 31st, and only received it yesterday, June 29th. That's 3 months, when safety supplies were needed the most during those months. The order I purchased feels useless to me as during the 3 months I purchased masks and hand sanitizers from more reliable sources. Now these supplies that I bought from Medic EMS that cost me $200 will sit on my shelves until the "next pandemic." Thanks medic for your delayed contribution to your customers. Very disappointed, and writing this review to express that to share with future customers who are thinking of purchasing your products. If you don't have stock on hand, or know the estimated stock replenish, DON'T OFFER or SELL the epidural, taking people's money and delivering with delays caused by your own actions, not that of Canada Post. Ridiculous.

We hired Medix to supply Work safe First aid supplies for our business. They were to track expiry dates and replace when necessary. They have not followed through on the service. sometimes taking weeks or months for items to arrive even with me calling weekly to follow up. Prices are expensive, Their communication is very poor, employees unprofessional, and unskilled. The idea of having a company monitor our first aid supplies and refill/replace when necessary sounds great but they have failed to provide the service time and time again. reading the reviews and responses from the owner, I would say that the reviews are legitimate. Delays can happen but good customer service includes good communication. I would like to point out that my problems with medix existed well before Covid-19. covid is not to blame... medix is. I would stay well away from Medix.

Update June 9 - if you wish to waist your money - order something from the company. I was charged immediately (more than two months ago) for the order that is not going to be shipped. Yes there are overall delays - sometimes few weeks bu two months+ is too match. Normal companies charge you when they ship the order - not the Medix EMS, they will charge your immediately. Awful customer service – I placed my online order a month ago and got charged for it immediately. The item was never shipped and request to provide an estimated shipping date is refused. Now I just asking to cancel the order and get refund and getting push back that according to the web site policy order cancellation is not allowed. Why to sell items that you do not have in stock? May 19 update: I placed my order at April 1st and at May 19 I cannot get any update on the estimated shipping date. As a small family business you should not steal money from a person that lost job due to COVID-19 situation. Please, return my money since you are not planning to fulfill my order anytime soon.

In a time of need Medic did not gouge. They kept their price at a pre pandemic level. That shows a respect for their customer and I choose to deal with a company that treats me like a fellow Canadian.

Ordered 440 3M Aura n95 masks on Jan 5th. Their website posted estimated arrival date of Feb 15th. It is now April 1st. I still haven't received the masks. I haven't heard a single thing from them. They've held my funds for the last three months. At this point my employer has provided alternative masks for us to use. I've tried calling and emailing still no response. I've initiated a dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely would NOT buy from this company again. This is not how you do business.
