★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jacob is easily the best physio I've ever seen. He was able to provide solutions to my current aches and pains, without asking me to stop being active. I felt like he equipped me with the tools to continue my strength and conditioning on my own after our sessions were finished. Could not recommend more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jacob was very knowledgeable and articulate. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very encouraging toward my journey to improved strength. I appreciated that his goal was to prepare me to partake in the Aging Strong program. I also appreciated that he permitted me to take of video of him demonstrating the exercises he wanted me to do. I have never had a physiotherapist perform so many movements, IMS & suction cups. I feel confident that I am in capable hands and will achieve my goals.
