★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Wednesday, Feb 23, 2022 - recommended by a friend, I had my first acupuncture treatment ever with Cydney. I found the experience to be informative & very relaxing. I decided to try acupuncture as a continued effort in taking care of myself. Cydney was attentive & professional whilst putting me at ease & explaining everything she was about to do along the way. I particularly appreciate how she is incorporating the process into diet and digestion - looking forward to her write up on good things for the liver as we enter into March which is liver month. Thank you Cydney & Active Balance. Simply the best place to jump off from with your health. Everyone is friendly and eager to engage with helpful tidbits for you.

I went in first for help with one issue, and had such good results with care from Emma that I got help with two other issues that I had put off dealing with due to the pandemic. Emma is very skilled and communicates clearly - I kept up the exercises she prescribed and had great results.

Emma was thorough, a good communicator and provided me with specific recommendations in respect of a program for treatment. A great “bedside manner”.
The clinic premises are a pleasure to go to.
