★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer same day appointments if you call at 8 a.m. and will often give you a different doctor that day if your own is not available. Nurse practitioners are thorough. Phone consultations were frequent and better than going to the ER during Covid. In general, very good care and follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in last August with severe mid back pain to which no physical exam was performed, but given a script for anti inflammatory pill and a massage that I could not use as I had no coverage. I returned this April and she was unavailable so I saw Dr. Osmond I had the same complaint, he immediately took the time to examine the area and within a month was seeing a cancer specialist at Victoria hospital in London. I wish she would have done her job almost a year ago,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need an appointment desperately for my health!!! I called at 9 am as that was their listed start time. Apparently is 8 am but its not listed. Told me there is nothing they can do because of their mess up. Reception was extremely rude, didn't want to take accountability for their mistake, and now I am left in stress, when I was already calling about my stress levels. I have nothing good to say about this clinic or my doctor (wilson). Would give them negative stars if I could. You're better off with no doctor than using this place. AVOID!!!
