★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here a few times and the office seems to run quite efficiently. However there is one person who is quite brusque when talking on the phone. Would recommend staff receive a bit more training in how to be courteous and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went to see a doctor here I was put off by the attitude of the receptionist Cindy.
She phoned me and said the doctor needs to see you. I said I’ll come in after I see the other doctor. She said what other Dr not in a nice tone I said a specialist I said it takes me 1 hr there and 1 hr back to my home she said well you committed to this again rude first of all I’m not your child or family member I did not like the way she talked to me I’m an adult. As for the doctor I only saw her once and can’t say good or bad about her I do think she should of taken a swab of my wound don’t know her . Anyway I’m looking for another Doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This had been my gp for 20+ years. Normally I would rave about them but, nowadays... Oof! There is one lady with an accent who is absolutely rude. When she didn't understand that my temp pain meds would run out days before the specialist appointment, I attempted to repeat myself and she hung up on me... Gross client care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude receptionist. Was told i had to wait 6 months to be accepted by my family's doctor. Only to be told that i am no longer going to be accepted at all. Find a medical clinic that actually cares about paitents and wont lie to you...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is Kimberly Cameron at Cottage Medical. She is a young, smart, forward-thinking, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring doctor. She has phoned me at home numerous times following a serious health issue earlier this year which I have appreciated very much. She never makes me feel rushed when I'm in her office, always taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I hope sooooo much that she stays at Cottage Medical for many years to come! And the women who work at the front desk are also lovely. Kathleen and Claire are so kind and helpful. If you phone and the line is busy, it's because they are taking the time to reassure another patient or answer their questions, and one day it might be you who needs that. They are just the best! And the clinic in general has a very friendly and down to earth feel to it. I'm so happy I found them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but good things to say about Cottage Medical. For those complaining about the service or receptionists. Why don’t you try taking calls from 200 sick people a day who feel they should always come first. Exhausting. As for Dr. Cameron, she is amazing and thorough. As for her staff, they have at times sounded rushed but have always been polite. Period.
