★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called this family practice clinic to find a new family physician because we are new to B.C. The person I spoke with on the phone was helpful and pleasant, and it all went smoothly (getting signed up, and getting an initial appointment with a doctor).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really disappointed in this practice. I have called this clinic since early November to try and get in with a female doctor that I could feel comfortable with. I was told that I would be put on the waiting list. When the time came for me to be accepted as a patient they told me that they were only accepting patients that don't currently have a doctor. I explained to them that I do not feel comfortable with my male doctor and the receptionist told me that they don't like to take patients away from other doctors. So, what matters? My comfort and level of care OR the doctor's wish not to upset each other by "taking patients away" from each other? I have been searching for a female doctor for months now and I haven't been able to find any that are taking on new patients. I'm so disappointed. Also, the receptionist was rude and had a condescending attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Green is one of the best Doctors ever. She is kind, caring and compassionate. I am so grateful to have her as my family Doctor, and when she is unavailable, one of the other wonderful Doctors at her practice will see as soon as possible.I am so grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr MacKenzie is the best Doctor I have ever had, she always makes me feel heard, she takes time ( even during this crazy CoVid) to explain things and she gives other treatment options other then pharmaceuticals. She is determined to make sure she gets to the bottom of what is going on, and she DOES!! She is a beautiful person inside and out and her knowledge in the field as well as in life keeps her real. I highly recommend her for kids as well. My kids love her!! Thank You Dr MacKenzie, you are rocking this girl!
