★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped at home hardware on Sunday and the staff were amazing. They were quite busy and did a great job of looking after eveyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. I also spoke with Stephen today and he has gone above and beyond to make my shopping experience awesome. Stephen and his team are the exact reason why i shop local and at his store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, Home Hardware definitely has a thing going for awesome service, with knowledgeable staff. Here in Hanover and also in Barrie. I had to write about my experience this week. I went in to get some screws to fix a boat trailer. The staff member helped me find what I was looking for. I was just getting to the cash register and he ran over to me, a bit out of breath and said, "I was thinking after you left, if it is for a boat trailer you may want galvanized screws" and handed me the better type of screw. Then a day later, when I realized MY error of buying screws that were too long for the job, they happily returned (even without a receipt) and helped me get the right ones. Always has been excellent customer service at this store. Well done.
