★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lemonade tasted like there was pop in the cup. The girl wouldn't lift her arms off the window ledge for both the debit machine or giving the food and when I didn't say thank you she said your welcome......that was in Hanover Ontario. I won't be going there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in side the restaurant to order for take out. Restaurant is spotless and staff uniforms are super clean. Staff are friendly. Uncle Burger & Papa Burger were delicious! Definitely recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the special burger, and it was nice; there wasn't any garlic sauce on it, but it was still good. I would have given it a 4-star, but the oil in the deep fryer needed to be changed as the fries looked black and tasted awful from the overuse of the oil. The staff was excellent, and the store was immaculate.

Phone number on receipt and online website rings 3-times and goes to a fax machine
Called 4X same thing “Fax Machine”!!
When we got home and took our order out of the bag.
We ordered; Chicken BLT w/extra Mayo
Papa burger w/cheese mustard, pickle, lettuce
One onion ring, one fry and small ROOT BEER.
I thought it was a pretty basic order.
What we got was
Chicken BLT with
NO BACON NO TOMATOES AND VERY LITTLE MAYO.
BASICALLY CHICKEN AND LETTUCE ON A BUN!!
Ordered Papa Burger with Cheese, lettuce, mustard, pickle
NO CHEESE, NO LETTUCE
BASICALLY GOT A BURGER WITH MUSTARD & PICKLE.
For this order we paid $28.09. For this money I could of had a nice steak meal somewhere.
Ridiculous that we pay this kind of money for a messed up mess that we didn’t order.
Then on top of all that I can not even reach a person on the phone to talk about the messed up order.
Hence why the now have this bad review on a public site.
I will be taking this up with them in person when I am back in town. I live in the country and I am about 40km from this A&W location.
