They explain things very well and don't try to sell you something you don't need. They are friendly, treat you with respect and take time to listen to your concerns even when it's a very busy day. I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service over the phone was terrible. Rented the smallest uhaul and it cost me almost $600 for one trip from Hanover to Port Elgin then to Clifford and back to Hanover. Insane!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to rent a uhaul from them what ever they quote you over the phone double it. When I questioned it. All I got was, they charge you more for dropping it at a different location. I explain over the phone what my plans were as far as dropping it. So this extra charge should have been explained over the phone. Terrible service. Will never darken the door again.
