★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years I've heard good things about pizzahut but didnt get around to actually ordering from them until the middle of the pandemic. What the heck was I waiting for? Easy online ordering, Main thing the pizza was delicious , certainly didnt skimp on toppings and was incredible value. Staff are friendly n good place to go get a grab..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very customer orientated in person service and very friendly for a takeout style franchise of Pizza Hut. Keep it up. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to the Walkerton location opening and providing the same/potentially competative customer service and quality the Hanover store/takeout provides. Our family will return to Hanover P-Hut again soon if the new Walkerton franchise does not meet the expected or experienced standards of customer service and quality of product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally, they are quite dependable as long as you don't need to make a change. However, after ordering online and realizing I missed the spot to change the pickup time, I called immediately to tell them I needed to make the change before they started it. They asked to put me on hold and left me there for ten minutes before I hung up and called back to find out they were putting the pizza in the oven while I waited and I won't be heading there for over two hours. When I indicated I won't be there until much later, they basically shrugged me off and then hung up on me. I had already paid but this is definitely not good customer service. Two different staffers on the phone, each one less than the other :(
