★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure where they got the chicken. Pieces were extremely small. Seemed like the ribs had been cut in half, not even 2 bites to eat. The leg was missing half the meat, thighs no skin. Extremely greasy and some pieces actually had grill burn marks not sure why? Absolutely the worst food I have ever had. Staff was pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know what happened, but we were overly impressed with our last order of chicken from here. The pieces were large, almost like they used to be in the past! It was also freshly made and tasted great. Service was quite friendly as well. Not what I was expecting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good and service is ok(at drive through) but they cut the chicken into smaller pieces. If you order 10 pieces, they give you 5 cut in half. Huge rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Granted it's been a longtime since we last ate KFC. Where is the Mac & Cheese? Got home to find we got two large creamy macaroni containers, even though I asked for Mac & Cheese. Checked the menu & saw it is no longer there. Granted it's been awhile since we've had KFC, but it's not worth it without the original Mac & Cheese. All I think is, what were you thinking?
P.S....after tasting the Creamy Macaroni it got put in the dumpster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried Hanover KFC a several times over the past 2 years, hoping it would get better, but, it has not. It is obvious that they split the pieces, constantly getting much smaller pieces than a typical KFC, absolutely no spices on the chicken, usually greasy and tasteless, very disappointing, do they think we will not notice when they cut the portions or don't put the KFC spices? shame.
