WORST.TIM.HORTONS. Worth the drive to Hanover, unless you enjoy being surprised when you open your order… sad fact, at least one thing will be wrong. They never have any of the limited time features available. They wait to tell you until after you pay, then you have to deal with them further messing up your order. Took 7 years to finally post this. Enough is enough. Corporate needs to step in here. This is what a lack of competition gives you.

Easily the best Tim’s around because of one person and one person only kody this guy is just way to kind every time I’m there he wishes me a lovely day and it warms my heart I just would like to say thanks to him if he’s reading this. P.S thanks for the extra sugar

drive through is amazing for HIGHSCHOOLERS working especially Kody brown amazing customer server i ordered a medium icecap and i got a small i told kody is was a mistake and he got me a large for messing up my order and alittle wait but was good for highschoolers working

Drive through staff can't even get an order properly. I asked for croissant with egg and cheese. But I got just the croissant and instead of a triple triple coffee they gave black. I don't know how hard it can be to hear triple triple. Guy confirmed the order with me and still messed it up big time. I hope I would never have to go back to same place

I just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 large DD. 30 minutes. Then, to my dismay, when I opened my coffee 5 minutes down the road, the taste was terrible. I was served a DARK ROAST coffee. This is everytime I come to this spot. There is always a very lengthy waiting time to even get to the window to pay, and often times the orders are confused and you really have to pay attention. Today, unfortunately, i was very frustrated and pulled away before confirming my order was right.This needs to be rectified. Please watch your wait times.

Lately the coffee is going down hill. I buy alot of coffee from the walkerton location and 50% of the time I have alot of coffee grinds in the bottom of my cups. Just recently I bought 3 coffees yesturday at 5pm and all 3 had grinds in the bottoms. Not impressed at all. I called head office to put in a complaint. Might start going to a different store to get my coffee. The coffee used to be good from this location but lately it's getting worse. I hope it gets fixed.

Very slow drive thru. Never enough staff at busy times. Coffee is getting worse every time. Grinds in the bottom, Luke warm coffe a lot and most of the time the cup is never filled up. Drive thru staff always in dull mood. Makes for a great morning, not
