★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y a quelque années j’aurais donner 4 étoile mais depuis quelque temps tout les employés qui avais des connaissances sont partis et ceux qui reste sont tous nouveau. La moitié du temps les case sont vide. Les gars dans la cour ne s’avent pas ou est le matériel j’ai du parfois lui montrer car il ne savait ce que je venais chercher et sa ressemblais a quoi.
Quand il ont pas ce que j’ai besoin je part au canac. Maintenant ils commencer à fermer plus tot et maintenant ils sont fermés le dimanche.
Le client se cogne le nez sur la porte barrer toute la journée.
C’est pas en fermant que l’achalandage va augmenter.
Donc c’est terminé maintenant je vais au canac.

A few years ago I would have given 4 star but for some time now all the employees who had knowledge have left and those who remain are all new. Half the time the boxes are empty. The guys in the yard don't know where the gear I had to show him sometimes because he didn't know what I was looking for and what it looked like.
When they don't have what I need I go to the canac. Now they start to close earlier and now they are closed on Sundays.
The customer bangs his nose on the barred door all day.
It’s not by closing that ridership will increase.
So it's over now I'm going to the canac.

Very bad customer service from the gentleman of materials who told me "he was the team leader more leader than these other colleagues", arrogant and on a power trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une quincaillerie fermé le dimanche, une quincaillerie qui manque toujours de toute mais juste dans ce bmr, exemple st raymond tout est beau et plein. Jenleve rien au bon service des employé mais jhabite a 2 min de voiture et jaime mieux aller au canac st augustin a 15min tant qua perdre mon temps
A hardware store closed on Sundays, a hardware store that still lacks everything but just in this bmr, example st raymond everything is beautiful and full. I take nothing away from the good service of the employees but I live 2 minutes away by car and I prefer to go to Canac St Augustin 15 minutes away as long as I waste my time
