Around 1997 age 9 the doctors had no advise for me but to take gravel pills (I was all skin and bones). My parents than took me to Hinnawi and was quickly reffered to sick kids where I was diagnost with brain tummor. I am now 32 He is truly a hero. Thanks Ammo.
A	Aseefa Ahamad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience at this clinic. The receptionist is very disrespectful and shows no professionalism. We booked our first visit at 10 am because we were told the clinic opens at 9:30 am. At 10:15, the receptionist came to her desk and sat in her chair and was texting on her phone. We approached her at the window and explained we are here for a visit at 10. She didn’t look at us nor gave a response. We tapped on the glass twice, still no response. She then started to shout at us saying, “ Give me a break to settle in, I just came in”. While we went back to the waiting area, the doctor came and ask her what happened. She explained it to him in a different language. With no interest in creating a good first impression, the doctor asked “Why are you guys shouting, is this how you went to start your first visit”. My husband and I just decided to leave the clinic! Tip for the doctor - Next time, ask your clients what happened instead of assuming your receptionist is professional. Tip for receptionist- learn some manners and to be professional - it is part of your job!
H	Hareda Fakhrudin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst receptionist ever! Very disrespectful and condescending. She gave me a wrong number to redirect to me to after hour clinics. I called her back to tell her that she was giving wrong information and then got mad claiming I was being disrespectful to her when I am a patient. I told her she was providing a service and is in a position to listen to my concerns! I will be doing what I can to make sure she gets disciplinary action. I will not stand for this! This type of behavior especially during a pandemic is despicable and she should be ashamed!
