The Manager, Neil, called me back to discuss the process of how my job would be done. He was most pleasant and explained in easy to understand terms what would be done. He did not try to make a simple repair into a major job. Their hourly fees are reasonable. The in office staff are very pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone use this company for any job that you have. I will not hesitate to call them again! Great company!

The contractor, Keth, worked extremely hard on my kitchen backsplash and did an incredible job installing the new tiles. Completely satisfied with the results! I would recommend him to anyone. The most impressive point is that, upon receiving the final invoice, I realized that I had been misquoted due to a previous miscommunication. Once I explained the miscommunication, I was truly amazed that Handyman 007 acknowledged the error and adjusted my invoice to align with the misquote, even at a significant loss to them. Demonstrates tremendous honesty and real integrity by the business!!

I really appreciated how the manager Onil called to really understand my work request and helped clarify what supplies I needed for the job. He saved me time and unnecessary purchases. Reema, the office manager was also amazing, very prompt and professional. All of my emails got answered and she made sure all my question were addressed. This was all before I even booked the appointment. Their business etiquette truly impressed me. My handyman Richard was amazing, he is an asset. Richard is knowledgeable and skilled at his job . I had a vision of what I wanted my stairs to look like and he made that vision come true. He was an excellent communicator and more so the work was done meticulously and with great detail. I am ecstatic with the results. I have already referred their services to some of my friends, who were also impressed with the work that was done.

I cannot endorse or recommend this company especially for ducting/ventilation work See picture for the work that was don the first time around. (how does that look to you?) I called owner Onil and was told that he'll look into it. The original handyman, called me back wanting to return to make it right. I thought to myself " great! that's wonderful service" I was made to pay for the "handyman" to come around a second time to fix this. I had to instruct him on how to use the 90 degree ducting elbow as the original installation was incorrect and rather shoddy. (I do not think i should have needed to explain this to him) My expectation was for proper communication by the handyman that i would have to pay for the company to fix their mistakes. I cannot speak to their other services. But i do have to change my early notion that this company has good customer service. Other aspects of the job were performed adequately. I cannot endorse or recommend this company especially for ducting/ventilation work. I welcome direct communication with the company. You have my phone contact information. Though his work day was quite long - almost ten hours - he was keen to finish everything, yet took the necessary time to complete each job properly. He was also very approachable and able to consider suggestions and provide sound advice. I believe he is a great asset to your company. Thank you Handyman007!
