Fast responses to my emails or calls. Always in a good mood and works to ensure I'm fully covered at an affordable proce.I would recommend Halpenny to everyone looking for a new insurance provider. 10/10. If you're lucky enough to deal with Martin you're going to be extremely pleased.

All claims, including a fire at our business, were resolved to our satisfaction. We had a wonderful broker for most of these years (until his retirement). We weren't always the easiest clients to deal with, and regardless, he was understanding of it all and made sure we didn't have anything to worry about. He was hands down the best broker we've ever had, I definitely will keep going back to him for all of our insurance needs, I recommend him to anyone looking for the best prices and the best customer service.
