★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at Halloween alley are the best.
My wife grabbed a costume and was told ahead of time by the staff final sale. With that said when my son tried it on at home and it didn’t fit and the zipper snapped, we called to see if there were any options. They were over the top helpful and we were able to find something that worked for everyone. THANKS DEB and everyone at Halloween Alley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing selection. I go every year. However, this time was different- what on earth happened to your prices? It's absolutely rediculous! Youre selling things that you can buy at other stores for a fraction of the price. Halloween Alley has the biggest and best selection but the majority of the products are priced through the roof. I would have bought more but its just highway robbery. You would have had 5 stars but the prices are absolutely outrageous this year. What happened?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women are very aggressive about taking my child's backpack that i was wearing. We barely got in the door without someone jumping on me to put it behind the counter. Most of the anamatronics did not work and seemed outdated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as I walked in I was overwhelmed by the decorations and the staff the place was Great. Approached by a staff member within two minutes in the store and directed to meet is to exactly what I needed well done all❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Visited the new 2020 store and again had great customer service! Deb and her team are amazing thank-you for a full family of Oktoberfest outfits to add to our Halloween attire!
I have visited and picked up all or parts of mine and my boys costumes at Halloween Alley the past 3 years! Staff is always very helpful and ready to hunt for something creative to make work even when you ask for something off the wall like items to make a chicken costume, magic wands and hand grenades (2018)! Now 2019 I had no idea what Slenderman was but we nailed it thanks to Halloween Alley!

New: I really liked this year’s costumes, although I found them a little expensive compared to the other store in town. Moreover, there was a sales section which was really good considering that the costumes are being used only one time.
Old: Not so interesting this year ?
