Staff go above and beyond to get you what you need, prices are reasonable and the shelves fully stocked. The best and softest virgin hair I've ever used even after washing and dying. It's also a black owned business. Beyond 5 stars deserved!

UPDATED (March 20, 2021): very friendly and helpful associates. A kind associate helped me choose a work-appropriate lacefront unit that can be easily installed and styled.
They also have a points-based membership that’s free to join.

Their selections for locs it very small I found . It was more wigs , weaves, and braids. I gave this place a 3 star cause it the western of the city and we have limited store that is owned by black owners. Save me to go Mississauga or Scarborough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I tried to love this place cause the service is good but they lie about what they are selling you. I went there twice and all together spend like 500 dollars of hair that’s just sitting ? n my closet. I blame myself for not demanding that I try the wig or have the girl open my weave bundle while I was there. But she seemed confident and showed me a sample of the hair she’s selling me. I get home open the hair and it’s something different. Of course no return policy but I decided to leave this review so maybe they will start treating people better money doesn’t grow on trees if your gonna sell me something just dnt lie to me and make me look stupid.
Like why are you guys like this it’s such a nice set up but ripping your customers off like they Sunnis not right at all.
Ladies if you ship from there plz be cautoand ask to see everything you buy .
