★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go there employees are always just standing around in the front either talking away to each other or on their phones. When I go to ask for help they always seem to look at me like they don't wanna help and give me a short answers to my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their customer service is very odd, which seems to be the case for many beauty stores. Their staff just stands by the front cash on their phone and you don't even know if they're working or not. They're not even on the floor attending to the shelves or trying to help customers. I had to go up to them and ask if they work there and can assist me which is strange. Also compared to another beauty/hair store I've visited in another city, their prices are more expensive, but not too over the top. My review is the same as my rating... It's OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for waves, hair pieces, wigs, hair products or accessories, you will differently find what your are looking for here. All of the sales rep usually provide good service and they are very knowledgeable about the product's. I can always find a well made wig sold here. Lots of different lenghts, colors, vintage style (finger waves) or modern trendy styles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the store however racist customers come in and mutter stuff about you under they’re breath which is completely disrespectful. However you’d expect this to happen considering the area the store is located in. Very inhuman and disgusting behaviour. As a diverse community these things shouldn’t be going on and are not welcome in Toronto. Just thought I’d put that out there.
