Sorting through paperwork now to try to fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online Tax Returns: They keep changing their web interface, so every year you have to relearn. Also customer service is horrible. If you can bypass and get a manager you will have more success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience with them. Had to go in 4 times because of their lack of organisation. When I politely told the lady there that I was unhappy with the poor service, she smiled and said:" Well, all our reviews are good" instead of apologizing. Will never go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't normally leave reviews but thought I'd share this one. These guys have an absolutely shocking attitude when dealing with people. Was treated like a complete idiot, despite just wanting to know the answers to a few simple questions. Their knowledge is also contradicted among nearly all the staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This H&R Block messed up my 2018 return. They filed my tuition (An Ontario school, I should add, where I grew up) as Alberta Provincial tax, when it should have been Federal tax carry-over. When I moved to B.C. my 2019 return is $1800 LESS than expected because the provinces do not carry-over the tuition, only the Federal tax, where it should have been indicated (thanks Accountant uncle for explaining this to me). So now I have to phone CRA to try and fix this mess. Would strongly encourage people to not go to H&R Block, the Canmore group made a massive mistake last year.
