★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was clean But THATS A HUGE BUT!!!! Having people follow me around the store in oriental markets is degrading ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY UNDERSTAND RACISM. My colour doesn't represent my character. SHAME ON YOU! ESPECIALLY when competition is less thar a kilometer away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has horrible customer service. I spent more than $30. I needed some coins and asked for change for $5 bill and the cashier just shrugged and refused it. She said she cannot because of the rules. I never experienced this before. What kind of rule is that? I’ll be going to Galleria from now, they always give me change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever. I’ve been here many times because my sibling likes the snacks there. Every time, there’s a bunch of girls standing by an empty cash area gossiping. Like what? There’s two customers there and there were four girls there with two other guys in the aisles. Overstaffed, much? Anyway, they’re rude to you and didn’t even hear me say that I wanted a bag. Then I asked them for one and they rolled their eyes at me, and simply said, “it’s five cents”. Like what? And as she was doing so, the other girls were just staring, giggling and talking. Get it together, HMart. Galleria service is 10000x better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is pretty small so it usually feels crowded, but they have a good selection. The produce is always fresh. I like the dumplings and kimbap they have fresh every day.

The receptionist scanned the wrong food for me and after I found out immediately she refused to refund. Requested for an exchange to another food she only allow to change fruits or veggies, excuse me your rude attitude and your broken systems. Never come back again, all non Korean shouldn’t come here because they only speak Korean with their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient H-Mart location near Bloor Subway Station. Products are always fresh and they have a nice corner of ready-to-eat food! Very organized and always stocked by staff. Great pitstop for a quick snack. If you're interested in more hot food, also visit the location just north of Dundas Station as it has a food booth as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered this Korean Store while walking to the nearby subway. Couldn’t help but go in and get lost in world of Korean food. I got a packed Kimchi Fried Rice but it wasn’t spicy at all. I want to believe that their fresh food tastes good. The red bean cake was just so-so.
