★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With such restricted calling hours, it is impossible to get through or speak to anyone. It feels like you're not calling a gynocology clinic but an airline!!! You can never leave a message. When you are there, you are treated like a number and appointments are 10 minutes each no matter what. They run it like a business and move you around like a robot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is great but I'm always told get there 10 minutes early and i end up always waiting over 1hr in the waiting room then 45mins in the office. Also been dealing with multiple different issues conceiving and i get told nothing at all and i had 5 miscarriages still no answers. I'm thinking i may just get a new doctor as much as this one does a good job I'm just not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, called the clinic to move forward an appointment as i had a concern about my situation and was laughed at by the receptionist. Was offered no solution at all and was hung up on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lisette Haadad is amazing. I honestly don't understand why this clinic has such bad reviews because I have been followed for 2 pregnancies here and have only the best things to say. The medical office is brand new and super clean. The reception is knowledgeable and very organized (which no offence to medical receptionists but in my opinion this is very rare). The appointments have always been on time or relatively on time (again a rare thing in Quebec). The pharmacy lost my prescription and Dr. Haadad called them on a Saturday just to make sure I got a new one! She takes the time to answer your questions and is very quick and providing you with your medical results (blood tests, etc). I honestly don't understand where all these bad reviews are coming from, its mind-boggling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to this clinic by my family doctor after having a lot of symptoms of ovary cancer. I was already in a fragile state of mind when I went for my first appointment. The receptionist wasn't warm or inviting...and although the waiting room was beautiful and clean, I was left waiting over an hour. Other women who came after me were seen before me and honestly had the reception and the nurse been kind, all that wouldn't have bothered me so. The doctor came into the room and barely glanced at me. YES he did his job, but a little empathy, a little bedside manner could be learnt. Everyone that day could have been just a little bit more human.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received decent treatment, not amazing but nothing to complain about, but I rate it so low because their phone system and response rate is ABYSMAL. Expect to wait easily 45 minutes (which had been my general experience any of the times I called during my pregnancy), the last time I called I was on hold for and hour and four minutes before I was responded to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was followed by Dr Lubin for 2 pregnancies and a bi-lateral salpingectomy, absolute gem of a Dr & human. I've always had a positive experience start to finish with this clinic! Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They called me for my first appointment and yet for an hour and a half I was on and off hold as the secretary kept saying “ummmm” then putting me back on hold. Why call me if you aren’t even prepared?
Once you get in you sit and wait for 10 min for a quick weight check and blood pressure check then you sit for a hour waiting to be called. Once I was finally called into a room I was in there for another hour awkwardly just waiting. It took so long for my doctor to show up that my bum was numb from sitting on the uncomfortable chair. I was beyond upset.
When the doctor came in he just started handing me papers of instructions on places I have to call for getting my vaccinations. He then checked the heartbeat and that was it.
Took max 5 minutes…
Why must we wait so long if everyone is seeing the doctor for only 5 min?
