Installation was poorly executed, not showing up for follow-up even after multiple requests. Really disappointed with the service. I do not recommend at all. They don't give a damn about the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait installer un air climatisé avec eux il y a trois ans, et ça a été fait avec qualité. Puis j'ai voulu refaire affaire avec pour une autre installation, mais on me dit sans cesse qu'on va me recontacter pour trouver une disponibilité, et ce après 4 relances. Le dernier contact par téléphone a été le paroxysme quand une femme très désagréable a répondu à l'appel, avec des chiens qui hurlaient en arrière plan, pour finir avec l'appel qui a été raccroché au nez.
I had air conditioning installed with them three years ago, and it was done with quality. Then I wanted to do business with again for another installation, but I am constantly told that they will contact me again to find availability, and this after 4 reminders. The last contact by telephone came to a head when a very unpleasant woman answered the call, with dogs howling in the background, only to end with the call being hung up.
