★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased senso lights the supplier has 50000 hours of warranty we have used about 3700 hours
We tried contacting the manufacturer they said the request has to come from the supplier
We contact the supplier so many emails no response
SENSO Lighting 50000 hours of warranty and that alone should mean something
It mean nothing.
Once you work out the door you are out the product is not guaranteed by the manufacturer
Gulivers who we purchased the light from recommended by friend even worse
One call to manufacturer my lights gets fixed but no no response
This is not the what you expect from big companies my whole store is done with senso lights

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not an electrician but often have to get electrical parts and cables. I've been to all the electrical supplies including several Gullevin locations in Alberta. I don't know why, but their customer service is consistently excellent especially compared to other electrical suppliers where I fairly consistently get treated very poorly. Gullevin's pricing is always very competitive as well.

I left them a bad review on here and the manager Derrick phoned me back to try and resolve the issue...except he lied about getting me the part and only contacted me in an attempt to have me take down the negative review.
I'm putting this back up after 4+ months since taking down my previous review.
