★ ★ ★ ★ ★ guardian moved our offices and we had a great experience, the movers were very professional And the installers knew exactly what they were doing when it came to dismantling and then reconfiguring into the space.
Our computers were well protected for the entire move , not a scratch on any monitor.
We had a small window of elevator time and they were so well prepared when the time came they were in and out in no time.
They even helped us out with a few pieces of disposal we just didn’t know what to do with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had great customer service until I coughed up money for 2 deposits. My original $6300 estimate (despite eliminating a bedroom full of furniture) increased by $3000 3 days before our scheduled move. The day of the move, the man arrived with a truck, walked through our house and said we would owe an additional $5000. I refused but offered to let them take just what was on our original invoice. They refused and after 2 hours of arguing with me, left the premises with none of our things; knowing full well we had to be out of the house in 4 days. It was a nightmare. Now I am trying to get back at least a partial refund and have been told for over a month now it is in the mail. Most horrible scam I have ever encountered. Happy for you if this was not your experience, but this has been beyond stressful for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the fact that that they stole and ate a few cans of my special manic beans, when they pulled into the driveway and started to unload the truck i saw that one of the men was wearing my favorite crop top from Shein, and later came to find out he was also wearing a pair of my victory secret cheeky underwear. All that aside they were very unprofessional when it came to unpacking the truck, and asked my 88 year old grandmother for help moving the furniture inside where she had a double heart attack. To top it all off one of the men inquired about the restroom. I graciously consented to him using our new bathroom, but caught him reliving himself on the side of my house right under one of the bedroom windows. AND they requested thousands of more dollars from what they originally quoted us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not do it!!! Even calling for a quote will make you lose out on money. They withdrew money from my acct (I provided banking info to hold my quote estimate)… I went through he** to get my money back!!! They said they never received my “cancellation” request via email & took the funds. Then said they tried calling me (but the person said they had the wrong number). Then said a check will be mailed to me in 60 days for my refund!!! This is a scam!!! Don’t do it. I’m working on getting my money back now. My bank (Chase) cannot help because they withdrew it like a check & had my info.
