The website is very professional and easy to use and I experience easy communication via phone and email to set up the many moving requirements that included: moving from a house to another private residence and to a storage unit. You would be making a mistake by not reaching out to this moving company and using them for your moving purposes!

Kristie kept us up to date on where our goods were, and sent us all the documents we needed to clear customs. Then the two strong guys in the truck quickly unpacked all of our things. From the in-home quote process to the move itself, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the free boxes offered and the guaranteed (within 10%) quote that was provided - it made for a low stress move, as I know there are a lot of sketchy moving services that exist. Thank you to office staff Kevin and Kasia, and the moving team of Brian, Jermaine, and Tyrell for the excellent service! Couldn’t recommend Focus more!

Shipping schedules were unreliable but they kept us in the loop on changes and partners in UK were very professional too. Packed much of it ourselves but they did the larger items. Not a single thing broken or marked even though it was -20 when they picked it up. Great Service!

They were really fantastic in what they did and how quickly they did it and how very professional they were.
