I have used Bedwell Van Lines every time I have used professional movers and they never disappoint. My most recent move was done efficiently and I was moved within hours. We hired Bedwell to help us with a fairly last-minute, mid-distance move (400km) across Ontario. Bedwell provided a perfectly smooth and accommodating service from start to finish. We will definitely use Bedwell again for our future moves. Every single desire was accommodated with a smile, the guys were fast, efficient, and careful, and the entire experience with Bedwell was a model of professionalism. I couldn't believe how responsive everyone was, from the sales agent, to the movers on the day. Highly recommend for the service and the price!

After publishing my review Mr David Bedwell, director of Bedwell Moving reached out to me via the response posted below. We did talk a few days later and clarified a few issues. It came clear that both side have a different perception and the important thing is they did agree in refunding the shuttle service that was not used. As customers we become impatient when thing are not resolved fast enough with companies. However, Mr Bedwell did listen and he did correct the situation. If you encounter any problem please do contact them as they believe in improving and correcting any mistakes they make. Let this one rest to peace and thank you David for listening and taking your time, it is important to your customers to have the issue resolved. __________________________________________________________________ First published: The major complained is not keeping their end of the deal regarding a charge on a shuttle service that was not performed as they put the charge anyway under miscellaneous. So be careful on extra charge. Otherwise they were expeditious and efficient in the move from an out of province location. Also watch for what the booking agent, dispatcher will tell you. They say many time that did not get my message but in fact they did, as I confirmed with the person that I had left the message originally. They are not always proactive on follow up call if you are trying to get your bill corrected. Other then being charged extra the move was without incident, a bit late on the time announced to their delivery, we had to wait 2. 5 hours before they got to our place. The agent should have made a follow up as to not loose our time as she knew there were still offloading somewhere else. No moving company is perfect but being lied and charge for a service not rendered is not your best option, choose wisely and good luck. I have also used the full packing service at a cost of $150 per hour, so at that rate ensure you are being billed properly, it goes fast.

Bedwell Movers made me look good. I took on a big job as a Realtor helping a retired couple downsize and sell. Called three companies and Bedwell was first on the mark to book a quick move for staging and a second full move. The first crew arrived early. They were clean and bright and ready to work. They packed and moved extra items into the garage for me. A delight to work with. The second crew were as good or better, trying their best to fit everything into storage. Had to get a second unit. Bedwell also looked after shredding documents and disposing of electronics. Staged, sold, downsized and moved in less than a month and a half. Thanks Bedwell for all your help.

We just used Bedwell to move to our new home in October. I highly recommend their services. They were efficient, professional and extremely cautious when moving our belongings. Stay away from this company at all costs! Moved from Ontario to British Columbia in August of 2021.They damaged my furniture, lost items, and forgot to ship items that eventually arrived 6 months later damaged. Almost all the furniture was less than 3 years old and very high end and expensive. I did get about $1600.00 from the insurance company (who were actually nice to deal with) but it doesn't come close to covering the cost to repair/replace the damage done. If the owner had a conscience at all he should send me a cheque for at least $5000.00 which still wouldn't cover off the losses completely in my opinion. Hopefully I have convinced some of you considering this company to look elsewhere and save yourself from the aggravation and loss I have endured. I owned and ran a very successful business myself for 35 years before retiring and can honestly say this company is very unorganized and far from professional.

Amazing experience with Bedwell Van Lines. We had a rush move of our large printers for our business, we were asking a lot in a short period of time. They were able to accommodate us right away. The move went very smooth and the movers were extremely professional. The movers got both 400lb+ printers, as well as other large items, out of a basement and into the new shop in under 2 hours. We will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone!
