★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using this vape shop for about 18 months. In there every week and spend am average of $75 - $100 per visit. Live right nextdoor!!!
I've had my time with the place. Very often I get on a juice flavour then they don't have it. More often then not I leave there paying for something other than what I went there for. They always have an excuse. Always give them a chance and why not? I live right nexydoor!!!
When in right before the COVID shut down and stocked up to the tune of $180 for juice.
A few weeks in and I'm calling the place to make an order. Tells me that he's delivering himself after 4pm. Wanted me to pay him $5 for deliver next door!!!! For $80 worth of product.
Basically told me that he's doing me a favour because Canada post charges $20 to deliver in three days.
But I live next door!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced compared to all of their competitors in the market. Refused to price match the stlth starter kit that they sell for $5 more than every other shop in Canada. Not very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff! Very helpful and friendly! I had never been to this store before. I went in after dropping my device. They repaired it on the spot for no charge! I then ended up buying something in exchange for their friendly and knowledgeable service. Great place, great people. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff, good environment, and lots of devices to pick from. Three stars due to the salt nic juice selection. I've bought three 'GTA Vapes' salt nic juices and have not been happy with any of them. In vanilla tobacco the vanilla is nearly non existent. Asked for any custard flavours at all, and was told they had none because most people like fruity flavours. More premium juices and a better selection of non house brand juices would easily bring this rating to a five star.
Edit: Switched it to a five star rating because of the excellent customer service. Thank you for addressing my issue. I will definitely be back, see you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy staff door has been locked with out awnsere for 20 minutes but they found time to change the left at 12:50 to left at 1:10 if this wasn't the only place in bolton I would go somewhere else and I don't think it takes two employees to go pick up lunch in the 20 min they where gone three people came for the shop and left huge time waister
