★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a 10:00 appointment, to be told that due to technical issues with their equipment they couldn't work on my car until the end of the day. Fair enough, stuff happens. But they had my phone number and didn't bother phoning me to tell me that and save me almost an hour of driving. Complete wasted trip just because they didn't have the consideration of phoning me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first moved to Bolton 10+ years ago I was looking for a reliable mechanic shop and a friend recommended Napa (which was originally called something else) ... I have not been disappointed. They are reliable and are very family oriented, and will give you a ride home if you need one, they are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a reasonably priced mechanic that is trustworthy ... this is the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burnt out my clutch on my 2010 Yaris. Scott and his crew were very professional. They told me what had to be done and why, how long it would take, and exactly how much it would cost.
They were as good as their word. The car drives like new again and I have had no issues with it. They did a great job for a very reasonable price!

Didn’t catch the guys name but he was super friendly and very honest. Very happy with the service I received. Really felt the need to write a good review for this place
