I cannot express enough how impressed I am by the service I received at Bolton Toyota. Amrit and Syed were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way. I felt that they were genuinely excited for me to receive my first brand new car! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for top notch service and a genuine staff.

Experience might differ but I had an excellent experience with Bolton Toyota. First time in there, liked the way Abhishek K, this energetic salesman dealt with us, tried his best to crack the deal and delivered what he committed. He is knowledgeable and gave plenty of time to explain all the features of the vehicle. Really helpful. The Finance Manager is also amazing. Thanks Syed for putting through the deal in such a short time. Hope to get continued support from you guys for maintenance. Will recommend to friends and family too.

Please sell/buy your car somewhere else. This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had. There is such a lack of communication between staff members. I went in to sell my car and was told to come a week later to drop off my vehicle. I asked several times ensuring that my cheque would be ready by then. When I showed up to drop off my car, neither the sales advisor nor used car manger were there. Absolutely no one had any idea about my vehicle. My cheque was not only not there, but never processed. To make matters worse, I had cancelled my insurance for end of day that day, so I could not drive my car off the lot. The new car sales manger tried to convince me that my insurance would still be good 14 days after the cancellation date… what? That is not how insurance works and I work at an Insurance Law Firm. They already had my signed ownership and my car that I could not drive home. After arguing back and forth with the new car sales manger, he agreed to have someone drop off my cheque the following day. The driver came at 8pm the following day. Just when I thought this nightmare was over, an additional payment came out for my car after I was assured my lien would be paid off. When I reached out to the dealership to inquire about this, I was hung up on twice while waiting for a manger on hold and the used car manager never responded to my emails. I emailed the new car manager who told me that they didn’t even process the lien payment until 2 days after I had dropped off the car (note that this is now nearly two weeks after it was supposed to be in process). When reaching out for my refund, they kept dismissing my emails and telling me to reach out to my bank. When I spoke with my bank, they told me I needed to get a refund from the dealership. When I relayed this to the managers, no one will respond to my emails. Please, please, please bring your business elsewhere.

I met yesterday (Feb 16/22) with Abraham Stephen, Sales Advisor with Bolton Toyota. I will say that this meeting was a very pleasant experience and I'm pretty, sure I have never described my previous purchasing experiences in such a positive tone before. Mr. Stephen was very friendly but professional in his tone, respectful of my requirements and projected a confident honesty when discussing the realities of purchasing a vehicle in these somewhat uncertain times when there is very little leeway for negotiating. His candour in our discussion was refreshing to say the least. He is well versed in his product line and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. While I did not conclude a purchase with Bolton Toyota yesterday, I would have no hesitation in dealing with Mr. Stephen in future and from that experience, have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone seeking a vehicle.

Great experience. Deal was done completely remotely, had the paperwork done in less than 25 minutes at the dealership. Overall time spent was less than an hour! VIP treatment from Alif and Ali, had some issues with Toyota connect but Alif was quick to respond. Thank you for your help in getting us our new family car! Wife and kids love it!!
