And we got treated like kings by Marshall. Thanks Marshall! Very professional! He had a big challenge to get it ready for us because of parts delays. But he went above and beyond to help us out!!

They even honoured a small warranty repair from many years ago which was before Craftsman took over the business. Now that's integrity! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for body repair or painting for their vehicle.

I have used Craftsman Collision in the past on the Northshore and their work was excellent, so I chose the Duncan shop without any hesitation. However upon leaving, I asked about a courtesy car and was told they could not provide any. Too bad, I will have to take my business elsewhere.
