Our first visit to Grouse mountain. It was beautiful than I ever imagined It was the crowded day ever. I even heard this from the people who visited many times before. It took us more than one hour in the to reach skytrain. Views were amazing. Warm clothes are must. Food wasn't that great plus very huge waiting time.

My first season at Grouse Mountain has been mixed, mainly due to our unpredictable weather patterns this year and is not at any fault of the resort, but means my opinion is based on probably about half of what I would normally ride in a season. However, one thing I instantly noticed is their overly insane waiting times when trying to call through to the helpdesk, I honestly wouldn't bother and urge others to avoid the pain which was a problem during COVID especially. However, on a good day and plenty of snow, Grouse is underrated in terms of size of the terrain overall and has some nice gnarly black runs down the Olympic Express side of the mountain with some dope variations of runs boasting different types of terrain to up your skills. Iv also witnessed a few blessed days where the pow has been pretty sweet and a good grind down that baby. Staff are all super friendly, approachable and the liftys are great with good banter. I have also never witnessed any problems with any of the chairs and have always been efficiently operational. In terms of utilities and amentities, it lacks tuning benches as it's more geared towards tourists I feel but has some good places to grub and a large cafeteria joint. As always, I had straight for the park and Grouse has some rad boxes, pipes, rails and a mix of S-L jumps. Man, on a bluebird day or clear night skyline, that view of the beautiful Vancouver downtown from the cut which the park weaves in and out of is totally dope.. I'd never get sick of that sight for sure. The Y2 Play is a great value pass as you can ride from around Spring through the next season and also take advantage of a gold pass and parking for $100 which is dope for summer hiking and trips up the gondi. In summary, I'd return for sure but not back to back seasons just to mix things up but wouldn't pay full price and always only go if I could get the Spring deals. Support local businesses!

Funtastic place to spend a day as family.. Ice skating ring, sleigh rides, sliding zones were very relaxing and fun.. Nice food dining and cafe options too. A short gondola ride to the top will take you to this exciting place!!

This was my first trip up the mountain. Given that is was winter and still quite snowy, we took the gondola up. We did the ride at sunset just in time to watch it set over the city. The views were truly magical! Definitely need to go again in the summer months and tackle the hike

Beautiful mountain and facilities. I highly recommend having experiences of the winter sports here and Grouse has unique atmosphere. My son used to have a camp when he has a school break. The camp instructors were nice and kids could meet their friends. I have experienced here only this winter, but I am planing to hike at Grouse in summer too.

The cable car is fun. Great spring skiing. L love the mountain. So close to town. Get there early and make the most of the paid parking or take a free bus from down town vancouver. Mask are required during the ride up and down

An 8 min cable ride up to Grouse Mountain ski area. Fantastic views on the way up. The cafe come restaurant views when having a meal are great. We had a a break in the clouds hence had the wide views right down across Vancouver. There are loads of great walks from the top. Also they have a grizzly bear enclosure where one gets up close to these lovely animals. Well worth a trip.

Went to grouse for a ski retreat for the first time this season. Overall it was a very nice experience and appears to have activities for the entire family including ice skating. The lifts were almost all open and there were a few terrain parks for people to use. While it is certainly a small mountain with only 3-4 lifts itโ€™s accessibility makes it very appealing. We were able to make it to the gondola ride with a smart car and all of our snow gear with no issue. Only complaint is that their website is difficult to navigate and find lift ticket options and full pricing. I wish I would have know they had an evening lift ticket option available for 3PM-close access.
