★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons céder notre bail pour juin 2019 et pris entente avec le concierge que le prochain locataire pouvais venir peinturer avant le 1er juin mais pas y habiter avant cette date.
Je viens d'apprendre que le concierge c'est arrangé avec la nouvelle locataire pour la faire rentrer au début mai même si on avais payé le mois de mai au complet.
Mon courrier a été retourné a poste Canada et tout en plus de me faire voler un mois de loyer par le locataire et le concierge.
Appartement très mal gérer par un concierge qui ne connait pas sa job.
 We sold our lease for June 2019 and made an agreement with the concierge that the next tenant could paint before June 1 but not live there before that date.
I just learned that the concierge is arranged with the new tenant to make it back in early May even if we had paid the full month of May.
My mail was returned to Canada Post and in addition to being robbed for a month of rent by the renter and the janitor.
Apartment very badly managed by a concierge who does not know his job.

Hier, j'ai perdu mes clés vers 20h30 et j'ai appelé le concierge qui est dans son appartement et qui a refusé de m’ouvrir la porte et il m’a informé qu’il n’a aucune copie des clés d’aucun appartement (immeuble qui contient 41 appartement) et il m’a demandé d’appeler le 2eme concierge pour avoir la copie de clé, j’ai appelé donc le concierge d’urgence (2eme concierge) pour demander la copie des clés qui m’a informé qu’il s’en fou de ma situation et qui m’a demandé de ne plus le rappeler en raccrochant le téléphone (je l’ai appelé uniquement 2 fois) . . . Je me demande à quoi ça sert de mettre un numéro d’urgence ? quels services offrez-vous ? On vous paye pour rien !!
Une telle situation pourrais se produire pour 41 appartements !! est-ce logique de ne pas avoir des copies des clés ????
Very bad concierge. Yesterday, I lost my keys around 8:30 p.m. and I called the concierge who is in his apartment and who refused to open the door for me and he informed me that he has no copy of the keys of no apartment (building which contains 41 apartments) and he asked me to call the 2nd concierge to get the copy of the key, so I called the emergency concierge (2nd concierge) to ask for the copy of the keys that 'informed that he didn't care about my situation and asked me not to call him back by hanging up the phone (I only called him twice). . . I wonder what's the point of putting an emergency number? what services do you offer? We pay you for nothing !!
Such a situation could occur for 41 apartments !! does it make sense not to have copies of the keys ????
