★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai partagé les plus beaux moments de ma vie avec ma blonde et le propriétaire est quel q'un de très gentil. C'est sûr ça fait déjà un moment de cela mais j'aime revenir sur Google Map pour regarder les lieux et me souvenir de ces beaux moments.
I have shared the best moments of my life with my girlfriend and the owner is a very nice person. It's been a while since, of course, but I like to go back to Google Map to look at the place and remember those beautiful moments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piscine la 1/2 du temps fermé sans aucune raison. Place Maricourt s'en lave les mains et nous dit d'appeler Québec Natation.
Swimming pool 1/2 of the time closed for no reason. Place Maricourt washes its hands of it and tells us to call Quebec Natation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Points positifs : Bel emplacement (très près de pharmacie, épicerie, restaurants, dépanneurs, petit centre commercial, etc.) et appartement bien divisé.
Point négatif : TRÈS mal insonorisé. Je n'ai jamais rien vécu de tel dans mes appartements précédents. On entend TOUT, des discussions aux ronflements des voisins. C'est vraiment désagréable. On a l'impression de vivre avec des colocataires tellement que c'est envahissant.
Pros: Nice location (very close to pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, convenience stores, small mall, etc.) and well-divided apartment.
Negative point: VERY poorly soundproofed. I have never experienced anything like this in my previous apartments. You hear EVERYTHING, from talking to neighbors snoring. It's really unpleasant. You feel like you're living with roommates so much that it's overwhelming.
