★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely impressed with my treatments with Erica. I was told that I required surgery on two rotator cuff tears. I chose to try physiotherapy first and so glad that I did. Erica’s manual therapy and dry needling along with prescribed exercises allowed me to avoid surgery! I also developed sciatic pain which made it uncomfortable to drive. Erica used dry needling which was highly effective and that issue has resolved. Highly recommend Grindstone Physio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need physiotherapy in Waterdown look no further than Grindstone physiotherapy. Both Erica and Graham are exceptionally skilled clinicians. They take the time to listen to clients needs and work collaboratively with their clients to develop a treatment plan. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not your average physio clinic. Graham and Erica are incredibly skilled and both have done tons of continuing education to set them apart from the crowd. Courtney at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. The entire space is sunny and bright and pristinely clean. The gym space is also so nice I have actually enjoyed doing postpartum rehab there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Erica helped fix an issue I’ve had for over a year and explained everything very clearly. You can tell she has had a lot of experience and training and takes the time to suggest the best way to help. The space is very clean and bright and the receptionist was super friendly! If you’re looking for a physio I highly recommend you chose Grindstone while they have openings because I’m sure they’re going to fill up quickly. This isn’t your average physio who just gives you an exercise and sends you on your way. She truly knew what was wrong and I started feeling better after just one session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is easily accessible, they have a really new, clean and open facility. Courtney at the desk is always so friendly and welcoming. They are always professional and ready for me as soon as I arrive.
Graham provides amazing treatment. I have seen him for 4 treatments now and have felt an improvement right away. He combines many different treatments into one session and has helped immensely.
This will definitely be my go to place for any physio needs.

Graham has helped me so much and explained everything, is very professional and caring. Everyone is so friendly and so pleasant. My recovery is complete and have reached my goal and I am very grateful. Would highly recommend Grindstone if you are looking for caring, friendly and professional service from when you walk in the door (Thanks Courtney!) to the treatments themselves (Thanks Graham!)
